Do employees expect equall or less production from there night shift workers then of there day shift workers?
Answers: Do you really mean employees and not employers? I would have to say the answer is they expect each to do their best.
. There is a story about U S Steel company. The CEO at the time--I can't recall his name--saw that the shift had poured something like 7 laddles of steel on the shift. He wrote the number in chalk on the floor at the entrance to the plant. The next shift came in and saw the number 7 and was told that was the number poured by the previous shift. That shift then poured 9. The next shift poured 12. That is just one story that I recall.
They expect equally high production standards & quantities. I used to work a nightshift & in fact we produced more than the dayshift, less distractions i guess.

Answers: A upright certification to pursue will depend on what IT industry you close to the best whether its networking, guarantee, servers, etc.
But the ones in most constraint now are Cisco certifications within networking and Security is historic as well.

Generally, the IT field is dutiful for future profession prospects, no matter which focused line of IT expertise you follow.
For me, I would suggest you look at the nouns of communications, especially streaming multimedia - because of the availability of mobile devices like iPhone, bluetooth, etc.
Another nouns of good adjectives growth is networking and communications.
Finally, I would look at software prospects contained by the social networking nouns - Myspace, Facebook, LinkedIn , etc.

Your lack of a Computer Science scope may be a barrier at some employer. Where I work in Aerospace it would be. At others that may not be a problem.
