Is 2 weeks mind required surrounded by this travel case scenario?

A contract employee - near no real contract.
Employer who is in words abusive (cussing tyrades, yelling).
Employer who change # of paid days bad (as per verbal agreement because the employer won't agree to sign anything contained by writing) - the # of days drops of course, AFTER the pre-approved days bad were taken.

In this shield, is it necessary to bequeath 2 wks notice prior to resigning, or would it be suitable to "just" quit?

Answers: 2 weeks notice isn't a "requirement" anywhere. It IS however, a professional courtesy.

In my assessment, being cussed out, have no actual written and signed contract, and only one given a verbal agreement re: how copious paid days sour you will receive and then shifting that number after you've planned on them according to what you were told --- none of to be precise professional "courtesy" on your employers part of a set.

Remember, legally, employer can only donate your job title and date of employment if they are ever contacted as a reference on your behalf.

If it be me - I'd be OUTTA THERE.

Good Luck!
If you ever want to use them as a reference, 2 weeks. If not, gross like a tree and bring back the eff outta there!
