Hi here,
Perhaps you might consider a job within Forensic Sciences. Hold on before you turn bringing those images of decaying bodies into mind at the mention of "forensic" - just kid :D

Forensic sciences encompasses a mixture of different jobs - check out this site for more details http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forensic

For example, you could achieve into Digital Forensics which involves analysing data and finding clues on digital medium like computers and storage devices and stuff. Or conceivably, Forensic Geology and such - check out the website for full details.

I hope this helps.

Cheers,
HWT
Perhaps you can blend a private investigation firm that specializes in crime? That agency you can enjoy the investigative aspect of the profession without have to delve into the physical/medical aspects. As far as I know, PI's don't risk too much danger within their jobs...

Good luck!

I'm looking for online nursing programs?

I am a single mom working full time and a little cog time. I would like to travel on and get my LPN, but I can't afford to run to school full time, can anyone bring up to date me of a school online for LPN's. I've G00GLEd it but still come up beside nothing.

Answers: Sorry- I don't contemplate you will find a school that will bring back you ready for the state's citations test when you finish unless you step through the school's program (in a classroom setting with supervised clinicals during nearby scheduled times- usually within the daytime hours). No on-line option.

Most of your vigour care programs require that you commit to a full-time and monitored program. I own been checking into several programs including RN, Rad Tech, Dental Hygiene and Respirtoy Therapy. All programs state right on their homepages that if you cannot commit to a full-time program, do not apply. I did speak beside a counselor and was told that the judgment for this was that the classes themselves worked hand-in-hand next to the clinicals and needed to be taken in a specific directive; therefore a unpaid option be not feasible.

I work full-time and finished the prerequisites that I needed on a recreational basis, but if I decision to continue on beside a career surrounded by anyone of the fields that I mentioned above, my competence to work full-time during the day and be in motion to school recreational at night is done. I want to either gross the commitment or move on and find something else.

One of the things that I found contained by my search be that there are pretty a few people that any do not know, or refuse to listen to that certainty that the classes are usually offered only during the daytime ; full-time. I have have several people relay me that I either am one lazy, or that I haven't looked frozen enough to find a conservatory that will work with my requirements.

I have checked into over 10 different school and 4 different career options- none would work on a proletarian on-line basis for the initial documents process. The reasoning behind the full-time requirement where on earth I live is that our state mandates the number of clinical hours per semester and the prerequiste sciences classes be retaken after a 7 year time frame unless the minimun number of hours and manditory credentials outside of the program have be met. (This is to keep your licesne current.)

Good Luck beside your choice, and try to see if you can't work something out in decree to get your LPN so you can move forward.
Becoming a LPN requires HANDS ON EXPERIENCE... partly the hours you spend EVERY WEEK... is IN THE HOSPITAL... so just HOW do you plan to do CLINICAL from your computer AT HOME.

YOU CAN'T DO IT... you MUST budge to school. You MUST grasp up at 5AM to make it to the floor by 6AM so you can be here for shift change and report and you MUST do like mad of homework at other times.

They really don't CARE if you can or can not afford to go to college full time... it's THEIR game and you any PLAY THEIR GAME... or you don't get your license... IT'S JUST THAT SIMPLE

How much education does it take to be a nurse?

Answers: Most nursing schools connected to Universities have a dual program, whereby you do your two years of nursing school as your Junior and Senior year of the university degree, usually Bachelor of Science in Nursing. If you get a four year degree before deciding to go into nursing, you then do 2 year nursing school.
you can get an RN associates degree in 2 years going to college full time. RN bachelors takes 4 years.
Thats what im going to school for now.
It's not easy!
There's a lot of degrees you can get for nursing. I would recomend a BSN. That's four years at a university.
