Should I bring my Bachelor's within Human Resources or Public Administration?
I am 21 and I work for the Local Government. My AA is in Business Administration. I am soon moving up to a position making 40K contained by Local Gov I really enjoy it. However after this position in attendance won’t be anywhere else for me to go. I be planning on finishing my BA in this position. My concern is that it is such a yawning field, what am I going to ending up doing? On the other hand Human resources is more specific but if I study that, later I should start looking for a job that have to do with that presently right? I am confused, please help!Answers: Hello,

I have HR experience working near government contracts working as a contractor making nearly 40k when i was 22 as in good health. The reason they enjoy a "minor" is for a more concentrated approach. Try doing that. Also, take the guidance of the other user, get a MBA or masters, they will pay packet you more...
human resources in a righteous field merely be careful most of those positions require a LOT of experience coming contained by and to make biddable money you probably will have to find your Masters.

Unless a perfect contest for your company is someone who is a great speller, I would overlook it. Good employees are concrete to come by and, let's face it, most ethnic group are not great spellers! Why do you think they invented Spell Check! LOL

If a prospective employee have all the attributes you are looking for, a small spelling error should probably be overlooked..altho I would be sure to point out the error and put the accent on the need for meticulousness in the adjectives.
