I just applied for a opportunity [this happened concluding night] but the job i applied for, when i be in university, have offered me an internship! now here's the article, I just call the woman who had made the hold out but she wasnt there. Now on the schedule there be the name of the man who i sent my resume to. Question should I dally for the woman and said i just applied [what else should i read aloud to her], or should i call fund and talk to the man whom i sent my resume to [what should i enunciate to him?]? thank you!Answers: Feel free to contact them both. Let them know you are very interested surrounded by the position. Employers like it when associates take initiative, it shows that you really want to work for them! All you enjoy to say is that you are following up on your resume, or brief offer and that you are enormously excited/interested in working for them and to please hang on to you in mind for the position, etc.

You should travel ahead and speak to the man and tell him that you have previously spoken to the woman who offered you the internship. I wouldn't wait for her to come vertebrae since you cannot be sure of when that may be.

It doesn't hurt to contact the man that you sent your resume to as well. Just be sure to mention that your previous communication beside the woman who offered you the internship so that they can coordinate.
I work for a financial services firm and we often capture candidates who contact several of us. You never know who will enjoy an opportunity at a given moment, but we do like to coordinate near one another. At the same time, it is critical to be professional and reasonable -- don't contact nation too often or you'll run the risk of appearing annoying.

Answers: No you don't have to be pretty...but you must be a exceptionally good waitress to construct good tips...
As far as money go, it depends where you waitress. I would recommend your neighborhood Applebees, I love surrounded by NY and no matter where on earth you are in NY.. Applebees is busy. Esp. at hours of darkness because men come in to see football and all that. So apt tips and buisness there.
Being "pretty" isn't at adjectives important if you're suitable at what you do, but yes, some places do judge. I'm average looking and for a while overweight and have NEVER gotten a errand at a diner, they usually only hire drastically attractive plastic tanned bitches.. haha. I would jump for a busy, mature place that requests you.

You do not have to be pretty and it is legally easy to find a waitress undertaking but the job itself is exceedingly difficult and you get massively little pay and rely on culture leaving tips.
In UK? You won't craft a lot of money. You don't own to be pretty, but unfortunately as contained by most things, it helps. Especially if boss is manly. Go to places with women restaurent manager. As a customer I want someone who is attentive without crowding me. Notices when I want them as I abhorrence callin out - keep scan your tables. Don't stand and chat beside the other waitresses. Be polite without one obsequious. Gets my order right first time.
No you don't hold to be pretty but you definately need to own a great personality, be friendly and other carry a smile. And most importantly other go to your customer table and be attentive to anything they need or if everything is okay.
