Professional dilemna - Intern or Job?
I am doing a post graduation internship with a big, wonderful company contained by a position, that is newly allright. I'm not getting paid much, I'm not doing much, I hold big responsabilities and I'm using maybe 10 - 15% of my full potential.My friend working within another company is offering me a full time position, with full benefits, better remuneration and more interesting work - which would use 45 - 70% of my potential. It's a smaller company, younger and most likely more fun.
Aside of the financial benefits for me, the work would be more fun. On the other foot, I'm bothered to leave the company when at the moment they really have need of help - (though not paying me okay, blame Management) and my coworkers who have adjectives been remarkably good to me...
I'm getting screwed surrounded by a way. (Previous intern vanished 4 a FT job too) 1 year intern?
Do what you love? I'd approaching my job better if I did more (soft skills. To me, is most critical learning more. Which I'm guaranteed to do contained by the other position on hard skills.

You enjoy no obligation of loyalty to your current company, basically as they have none to you. You enjoy to take perfectionism of you because nobody else will. The company will go on near or without you and they will find somebody to do what you are doing very soon.

Any Chef's here? Question re: moving from restaurant to restaurant.?
A good friend is a Chef and have worked in lots of cities. He is presently contained by Palm Beach, Fl. I am amazed at how often he change jobs. He complains ALL the time that "they didn't live up to what they said" whether is is money or amount of work. My friend is 48 and have been doing this for literally years and years. I can' t count adjectives the jobs. When I confront him and make clear to him it seems similar to he is the problem, he says, moving around alot contained by the restaurant business is common. Is that true? He have worked in really apposite places and they ALWAYS end. I know some job are seasonal but he leaves those too.What is the nature of the business? (also, my friend is a bit of a drinker, which I believe get him into trouble at times.)
