I would feel by the amount it is obvious if it is an hourly or weekly stipend. BTW, did you get to ask if they repay overtime?
You aren't locked into anything, my girlfriend just go thru three interviews for an entry level brief with a group of attorneys and they stated the salary was $11; she be desperate, and didn't object. They hired her her and told her they be paying her $13 to start with raise on the way due to her experience.

My mother in ruling passed away 5 mths ago , leaving her estate to be divided between my husband and his brother.We hold employed a lawyer to concord with her affairs and the 6mth retention spell (incase any debtors come forward to claim from the estate) is almost up and things finalised. Her own aunt died a year prior to her and and my mother in imperative was to inherit from her aunts estate. The aunts estate have now be settled and as she had no children of her own, it be written in her will that her estate be divided between her 8 nieces and nephews.we enjoy recieved a cheque in my mother contained by laws baptize for her share. As my mother in ruling has already passed away and her own estate is not reasonably finalised, do we pass the check onto the attorney we have employed to business with it to include to her assets and devided between my husband and brother in tenet on completion ? As their mothers next of kin are they entitled to inherit the money she herself be due to inherit from her aunt ?Thank you :0)
Answers: sounds complicated, but my instinct tells me that if you do not inform the solicitor, you may be fraudulent.
Pass it on...agree to your lawyer amount it out...do it right.no shortcuts that will make your vivacity difficult later on.
