How to Deal next to 'Know-It-All' Coworker? Help!?
How would you deal beside a know-it-all coworker who says things similar to: "I know you don't know the answer to this, but I thought I'd give it a shot and ask you anyway." He have this way of making you be aware of stupid and portrays that he knows everything.He's tremendously loud, arrogant and judgmental. He likes to show stale in front of direction by correcting you (even if you're not wrong and no one asked him) and when he doesn't know the answer to something he make it up.
How should I deal next to him? How would you respond to his humiliating and sarcastic comments? He's not one I can own a "heart to heart" with.
He's making me can`t bear my job.

Ahhh I would go crazy if I have to deal beside a person similar to that. You could try to ignore him. These relatives thrive on attention.
Or maybe you could try playing his spectator sport. Go ask him a super hard interview. Be like "Hey since I know you know everything..." And when he stumbles read out.."Oh..how could you not knooow?"
