Employee of company referred me, I have interview, how long until I hear anything?
I had an interview rather over 2 weeks ago and sent my thank you note. Interviewer said he'd be interviewing other candidate for the next 2-3 weeks. Is this middle-of-the-road procedure even if he does want to hire me? Or do you think I did not get hold of the job? Any insights? Maybe they want to see *who else* is out near before making a edict.
