How can an Italian Doctor (General Surgery) work surrounded by the U.S.A??
I have a friend originally from Napoli, Italy who is a doctor presently working in Siena, It. He have thought about working surrounded by the U.S. What would he have to do surrounded by order to practice here contained by the states? His focus is in broad surgery (endoscopic surgery...etc.) He would like to work next to & learn beneath other surgeons in the U.S.! What exams does he enjoy to take? Where can he appropriate the exams? Does he apply to U.S. hospitals first? He is really very brilliant, tricky working and I just needed to help my friend! Problem beside the commissioner at work,please guidance course of bustle?
Have been working within my job X 6 yrsnow, be very responsible, great evaluations,alliance job,etc.I across the world love my job eventhough I work near another employee who is neither friendly or accepting of me but try to give the brush-off her and for the most part worked fine for me so far.
This ancient week my manager give me a strange assignment, to cover another area, eventhough my dept seem busy and there be another employee (per diem) who floated in attendance for help.
I stopped briefly by the manager's department that morning just to check whether she made a mistake and she assured me that needed me surrounded by the other area.
Now on Tuesdays and Wednesdays I float where they need me, but on Monday (the year I was floated) I own my own service.
On Wednesday, my float day, I floated again surrounded by another area, but I found out that they have 2 other floats work in the nouns I usually cover, since they were short staffed that afternoon!
I took 2 days sick, plan to talk w my proprietor Monday, any advice is appreciated.TY!
Answers: It seem that you have a unknown schedule and that you're supposed to "float" (rotate the nouns in which you service). Apparently, adjectives employees "float" base upon your question.
This could be so that everyone learn each other's errand, which is both good (to revise other jobs) and bad (because next they can let citizens go, knowing that others are already trained for the job).
You can ask her again whether here is any issue.
You might be taking this the wrong way. Have you ever thought that the company might be carrying out tests you for a promotion or a transfer to another plane? As long as you didn't get a cut within pay, purely do as you're told, don't keep track of other floaters, and stop trying to digit out whether employees resembling you or not.
Project an attitude of confidence & act close to you're happy doing your living. If you don't, it could work against you.
Stop being a worrier. Just be the best that you can be, no issue what your position may be.
Complaining to the manager could be a mistake.
