Nursing program within a county college?
is it true that if you do a nursing program in a county college and after you want to transfer to a diffrent college after your 2 years are over you have to start adjectives over ?!?!Answers: Where did you hear that? If the units from the CC are transferable, they verbs to the University. Some lower levels courses are not other transferable--maybe that is where on earth the confusion is. The Uni may have extramural classes they want you to take--which maybe difficult (upper) division similar to what you've already taken, but that doesn't mean you didn't receive credit for the others.
The general rearing courses (English, psychology, sociology, biology, etc.) should usually transfer pretty efficiently, but it is true that nursing courses are more of a challenge. There are abundant schools who will not come clean people into their nursing program midway, and you call for to start at the beginning.
All nursing programs must inculcate the same uncomplicated core curriculum, but how they spread that out into their courses varies greatly, so this is why it is frozen to transfer. You are clearly better off sticking it out contained by one nursing program for the duration.
Your question is a bit confusing though - you mention transferring AFTER you have done two years - if you did your two years at the community college, you would enjoy completed your nursing degree, right? So afterwards you'd be transferring to complete your BSN, not to earn your initial RN licensure. This is a different matter - yes, it is jammy to transfer your ADN into a university that offer a RN to BSN completion program. This is strictly for RNs who are already licensed and hold a 2 year associates degree.

If "county college" is the same as a junior or community college, next you shouldn't have a problem transferring your credits.
You don't involve a Bachelor's degree to be an RN, just an AAS (Associates in Applied Science) surrounded by Nursing.
However, you do need a Bachelor's level for a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
The prime difference is the BSN nurse usually does more paperwork/office work and may get salaried a little more (although not seriously more). The AAS degree usually doesn't require as several prerequisites for the nursing program, where as the BSN choice usually requires chemistry and more general schooling classes such as literature.
If you get a scope in pre-nursing (as surrounded by, you do NOT go through a registered nursing program) at your community college, you will with the sole purpose be taking your basic/general education classes, and you can bear them anywhere (university or com. college) as long as they transfer. If you are taking the correct classes (two maths, two Englishes, etc) you shouldn't enjoy a problem getting them transferred to a university.
With this occupation, the employer is only going to guardianship about the fall result - did you graduate and did you pass the NCLEX/state license tests.
Your best bet is to natter to someone in the nursing department.

Interview Tips?
I have a impossible habit of bombing interviews! Some question they ask I am just so unsure of how to answer. Everyone say just try and pretend to tell them what they want to hear but I'm simply not creative enough to reflect of them on the spot. An empolyer is looking for someone who is sure of themselves but I just don't know where on earth I stand. I don't know my weaknesses and the ones I imagine of would make the inerviewer turn away. I really struggle near the questions I achieve asked. Does anyone have any concept or tips to help me pass by an interview and not be a nervous wreck? (I do lots of interviews and can repeatedly tell!)
Why don't you try practicing an interview next to your friend? Prepare answers to common question in credit. For the weaknesses query, think going on for things that have a positive spin. Common answers that I've hear are being too detail orient (need to balance next to efficiency) or not ensuring fitting work-life balance (implying that you work too intricate!).
You might also be more successful if you research the company in credit. Know their business objectives, key projects or clients, and corporate culture. For example, if the company values association, come prepared to discuss an example of good cooperation in your previous (either in institution group project, on a sports team, or within a previous work team).
Also, you can try asking the company if you can speak w/ someone in a similar role surrounded by advance of your interview to seize some more info on the job. Our company does this, and it help the candidates bring back some insight before the interview so that they get the impression more comfortable and appear more knowledgeable.
