I am a 26 yr old female and also a convicted felon. I am a very hard worker but cant find work. any suggestio

Answers: Have you tried a temporary agency like Kelly Services? Usually temp jobs wind up being permanent jobs (not all, but sometimes). I would also speak to your local employment commission office and speak to a rep who can help you find employment for for those with felony convictions. They have leads where you can apply to and also assistance.

Is human being a waitress tricky?

I'm looking to get a duty being a waitress, to sustain out with my bills, and college expenses. I've never done it, and haven't even worked surrounded by a restaurant. I wanted to know what to expect. Is it physically demanding? I detested retail specifically for standing on me feet for hours on stop. They went numb. But my friends let somebody know me that walking around is better than just standing. Other than that I ponder I'm just fundamentally worried about how rushed I'll be waiting multiple table at a time. Any advice?

Answers: It is severely challenging, fun, and great experience. Training take only a couple weeks to be competent, the more you put into it, the better it get, You do fly around, the time flies as well. It is a wonderful training in handling associates, organization. It's great that you depart the world outside when you get here, and leave the available job when you are done. If you are friendly, listen well, and are a bit assertive, i.e. a big plus. Good luck, !
It's hard physically, mentally AND emotionally.
Think something like it: when you go out, how do you treat the waitress? How do you see OTHERS treat her? Do they appear overworked and hectically busy? Have you ever not left a clothed tip because she was so busy she forgot your drink, for example?
Its a LOT harder than most ancestors think. If you aren't well-mannered under pressure, try a different available job.

I did it for years, and I am GLAD I got out of it!
depends what type of place you're working at.

it IS physically demanding. specially if you work a lunch & dinner service like day. your arms may also achieve a bit sore after the first coupla times but you'll get used to it. you really only just hafta plaster a smile on your face and bring in sure the customers are happy - so it can be emotionally draining too.specially if the customer's an real s*h*i*t

as for being rushed, your employer shouldn't throw you in the reflective end and expect you to be SUPER WAITRESS on your first darkness and since you've never done it before I don`t know they'll work you in slowly.

you may resembling it.you may hate it.

i love it.

I get over that job material quick. not adjectives places are like that. you draw from your bad days and you procure your good days.I f you didn't approaching retail then you probably wont resembling waittresing. good luck on your choice you clear.
