If you enjoy found a better position (say, a later proposal that you would have like to have be made before you signed on for your current position), consequently most districts will be understanding and work near you. Since you are a first time teacher, the district you are next to may just permit you out of your contract. My husband have worked for Werner Interprises for 4 years and you can either move about to a truck driving school which is what my hubby did or Werner will put you through their truck driving arts school for FREE so there is no tuition to repay or anything adjectives you have to do I believe is sign just about a 2-3 year contract with them wise saying that you will work for them and not quit.
