? I'm not sure what you're asking, but "references upon request" money that if they want references, next they can ask you for them later. It's simply so you don't have to schedule any on your resume.
First off, merely type a normal press, not that mess you put in.
If they request your reference, you supply it on a separate page. Simply type names, companies, address and contact numbers/e-mail addrs for each hint and submit it to the hiring company.
I don't know, but if that's how you spell the word request when you hand contained by your resume, don't expect them to hire you...

Personally, I don't recommend putting references available upon request.
It's not a mandatory item. Just enjoy them available.
