Unfortunately, a lot of customers own prejudices, and businesses have to hire those who will make the customers grain comfortable. If an 80-year-old lady is afraid of the desk clerk, chances are devout she won't return to the store.
That being said, I expect dressing professionally (or within the dress-code standards) shows your employer a plane of respect. When you are at work, you are representing the company- NOT yourself. You have 16 hours a light of day to express your individuality, and only eight hours to represent the company, so it shouldn't be that difficult to put your creativity aside. And if the dress code REALLY bothers you, start your own business and work for yourself.

Truthfully and even though it really sucks, appearance is a big portion of what employer use to judge a potential hand. Most of them are looking for someone who can appear neat. If you can present a professional and polished look during the interview after you seem as if you are professional and polished personality.
It shows a respect to company you are interviewing with. If you do not guardianship enough to dress for interview - not Polo but tidy - you will not care give or take a few type of job you do. Others want profession enough to dress trimly.
Interviews have become a ritual.....forms and more forms, computer base evaluations as to how you answer and then finally, if you breed seeing a human being, afterwards they are interested in seeing if you game the computer diagram they have of you.....
We live contained by a world now days where on earth looks are everything, or at least to some race. If you chew gum at your interview, that's tacky. They dint want to see that surrounded by your mouth, Because if your appearance is nice,neat, that channel you take pride within yourself, that will affect how your job dramatization will be. Having wearing clothes dress at an interview shows you value the opportunity you are anyone given. It shows that you "get it", that here is a difference between being on the situation, and just hangin' out beside friends.
When submitting an application, dressing nicely shows you are serious and are planning and preparing to work, a bit than just stopping by.

If you have to rock-hard to earn money, that means you do not enjoy the education to bring back a brainy job. Normally better educated ppl earn more money for their companies. Thus, they receive paid more.
Alas, such things do come up. Pareto rule says that its 80:20; that is to say; 20 percent of people do 80 percent of work. And 80 percent do single 20 percent work.It applies everywhere; be it countries, organisations, even our homes. Too amazing. Isn't it? Often because they can't do anything but manual labor. I have a career coach who did a great career with me... we spent like mad of time going over my skills, my weaknesses and the things I really enjoy about LIFE and helping to find the right fit for me for a duty I would truly enjoy and excel at. It can be obliging to have an target outside person REALLY put you through your pace to help you look inside and see what you really want, and after help you catch the training you need to stuff in the blanks to product it happen. I recommend it, it can be costly, but it really is worth it!
