Generally if they're asking for money up front, it's probably a scam. But there are things you can do online that are legit and don't charge you any genus of fees. I do things like online surveys and some remunerated to read emails and I usually make a couple hundred extra bucks a month. I don't follow any capture rich quick scheme and I still have my hours of daylight job, but it's nice to product a little extra money every month. I will try and recount you about companies approaching TCS and Infy (this is for fresher hiring... Lateral hiring is a little different)
TCS have something called a Psychometric testing which basically tries to find out confident personality traits... Like whether you are a squad player, your leadership skills, your routine under pressure... This is mostly a profiling audition... This is not an elimination round... you own to be insane or have suicidal tendency to not get through this...
This is followed by an aptitude trial... which typically has CAT type question... Maths, Data Interpretation, Reading comprehension etc... This is an elimination round. You dont win interviewed if you dont clear the cut-off.
This is followed by two interviews... Technical and Personal... TCS tech interview is not known to be too grilling since they construct all freshers budge through a 1.5-2 mnth trng program in thr center surrounded by Trivandrum... they train you enough on what they want you to know. Through inspection they just want to ensure that you own the basic minimum to pick up concepts. Most population go through both interviews unless you are outrightly rejected within the tech round. Infy typically has a similar approach... but they make a contribution you puzzles to solve in their interviews... Its for a time more rigorous then TCS...

If you just want to do the courses required for the CPA exam to some extent than a second bachelor's degree, check out National University (www.nu.edu). They're a fully attributed university that you can get student loans for (but they're priced below what many of the other online university are at). Anyway, they do a one-course a month format and it takes 7 months to capture the certificate.
If you want a point in accounting, I'd voice you should do the certificate which give you the fundamentals and then an M.B.A. near a concentration in Accounting. On-line the M.B.A. will embezzle anywhere from 1-3 years depending on the program.
But, if you have your heart set on doing a B.S. surrounded by Accounting, you could probably do it in 2 years. This would include 60-75 unit in Business and Accounting and 12-18 unit in General Education (courses that you didn't own to take at your first college that you'll hold to take at your second.
