He invited my wife and I to come to his department to complete an application. I gave the amounts and answered some adjectives sense questions roughly speaking spending and credit and then near were some more pyramid question asking for references of 5 nation that would be interested in have this "budget analysis". I was primed to be done with the unbroken thing and share the guy I have more far-reaching things to do. He says skulk he's going to show how much I can afford if I pay sour some of my debt and busts out his calculator. I think, ok- show me. He runs some numbers and lays it out for me. I can afford 450 bucks a month if I income off my coupé (which was payed sour in 2 months). Wow! Too fruitless I already knew that and that's why I be looking to move out of my apartment and buy a house. So I just look at him resembling, yeah, so? He explains to me that I should spend the $450 a month on life insurance. Seriously. And, that I should find some other society to "work for me" selling life insurance scam for him. Gimme a break! SCAM!

Well that depends greatly. First of all, I assume you are conversation about residential tangible estate agents, not commercial. The average where I live is 6%, however some will work for as little as 4%. If you are using equal agent to sell a house and buy a untried one, you can often negotiate 3% on respectively deal to salvage you some money.
