Question:yesterday I went to the doctor and be diagnosed with a sinus infection and bronchitis. He wrote me 3 different prescriptions. 1 for antibiotics, 1 for a decongestant and one for a cough syrup near a high horizontal of codeine in it. He instructed me to purloin today off of work of late to make sure I dont hold any reactions to the meds and to allow me to own atleast 1 full day on the syrup since it will make happen severe drowsiness. Keep in mind I drive a forklift for a living.when I call in today my supervisor informed I would be wrote up for missing work today even though I hold a doctors note specifically pulling me from work today. 3 "write ups" contained by a year means termination and this is my second of the year. I would agree beside the last one roughly not mentioning it unless asked. Hopefully, you will be more responsible with this living. Working with children is a big responsibility and you do have need of to be on time for sure things. If that is not viable, you should get a more flexible type of commission.. That's what I would do.. personally. Especially when you hold your own family and obligation the flexibiilty. If it comes up, try to express remorse as if you learned from your mistake? I would be honest something like it. Talk about what you've studious. How you have matured. What is different roughly you now. Emphasize your other strengths. Don't create excuses or try to explain why you were past due. Admit responsibility and focus on what you've done to change.
Show up and be super-professional at your interview. If you are one second overdue, forget it. In fact if you aren't ten minutes untimely, forget it. You have to prove by activities - not words - that you have knowledgeable that lesson.
And once you have a employment, never be late again. Even if it process you are way hasty. Learn to use your time better and think roughly speaking your future.
