Question:I am a fairly unusual employee and still enjoy questions and want assistance in some of the things I do within the fast pased department I work contained by. It's sad, but closely of people come across to have Dragon Lady bosses, tho men can be purely as bad. A lot of empire simply don't know how to be supervisors--they know how to do a job so they achieve promoted, but they don't get trained contained by how to supervise anyone else. I have a roommate in college that did sale as a part time brief. He worked for the university directory (which is the school phone book and sold ad for the book). He's a really good relations person and made a ton on commission. He made so much that he come back after the summer (after also taking classes) and bought a surround nouns entertainment center, a lazy boy, and an engagement ring for his GF, and still have $$ in money. Basically he made a ton on commission. I don't think his regular earnings was too glorious, but he did so well that he get promotions quickly also.

Question:I am so dissapointed in myself..I am doing an internship at this big company and so far I haven't be doing anything....i think my boss is disappointed within me..because i keep making substandard mistakes and he is usually responsible for it. Hey don't worry in the region of it. We ALL make mistakes and EVERYONE get depressed at sometime or another. I don't have a livelihood (I'm a student) so I can't relate to any of the job stuff, but believe me I enjoy done some pretty stupid things in my time. After a while you capture passed it, feel better, and do better. Go out for an evening of fun beside some friends or something. That will get your mind rotten of your job and how depressed you get the impression.

Well, to be honest if I be your boss I'd be frustrated with you - mostly because rash mistakes are the easiest ones to avoid. I know my boss intimidates me. I don't make stupid mistakes for anyone else, a moment ago him. It's called a self-fulfilling prophecy. You feat how you expect yourself to act around that individual. Just like my friend's mom who used to appointment me a klutz. I always did clumsy stuff around her and nobody else. Calm down, breathe severely, and slowly double-check everything first. It works for me.
It's O.K. to be a little dissapointed but don't smash yourself up over it. I am sure the boss does not....and I repeat does not think that you are "Stupid". If he or she be the one who decided to bestow you the oppurtunity then I am sure he or she also requirements to see you succeed. I would speak with your boss, I don`t know towards the end of the sunshine and tell him your state of mind. TRY to keep the reaction out of it and let him know you get the impression bad give or take a few your performance and you be aware of that you've let him down. Also, ask him for direction, recommendations and so forth and adopt critisim gracefully. Above all, LISTEN and write things down. Get surrounded by the habit of carrying a small minute pad near you and write it down!

I know what you be a sign of about making inferior mistakes--it makes you consistency like society think you are stupid--but you're not. First, stockpile the document that you boss sends you. Then do a "save as" and put together this the document you work on (that way, if you put together an error and can't figure out how to fix it at tiniest you have a copy of the original). Make the change and save frequently. Then, when you're done, print out the inspired and the new document and compare them to variety sure you have made adjectives of the changes correctly.
