There are plenty of job that pay better than $13.00 / hour. I feel he should apply as a Construction Superintendant with a company that does underground trenching for utilities. He definitely has the big equipment experience, and those people usually craft around $60,000 / year.

Depends on which process you go. Companies that hold government contracts (LSI, Raytheon, L3, Boeing, Lockheed, ie) usually salary better than a local FBO. Not saying that FBO's aren't the process to go. They are usually smaller so you will take more experience in different areas and that looks flawless on a resume. Here in Texas, you can find a commission from $12-$26 an hour. Planes aren't going away, so there will be other a need for an aircraft mechanic.
Depends what you expect by aircraft mechanic. I hold an A&P, but do not work on airplanes. Instead, I do professional work for a manufacturer. It pays profoundly better, plus, I don't have to do business with union.

Question:I came across an personal ad on Craigslist for someone looking for people to run pictures of houses - if the pictures fit the criteria of what they are looking for, they'll pay $10. If they winding up up buying the house, they'll pay $500. You are supposed to distribute pictures of houses that are in nice neighborhoods but the house of interest is unlived in, has an overgrown sward, etc. In other words, someone has tolerate the house fall into disrepair even though the it's contained by a nice neighborhood. There are not supposed to be other houses for sale near, and from my understanding of the e-mail I received, the house of interest is not supposed to be for Dutch auction either. They pretend to be your best friend, take you out to dinner, pass you some free MLB tickets (if you're their client), and then expect you to commit to the Dutch auction because they have schmoozed you. They look desperate and they'll do anything to trade to you. Not appealing to many inhabitants.

Can i return with your belief on a doomed to failure interview experience i have?
Question:I interviewed with a place this morning. It go well and i be asked back for a second interview this afternoon. On the channel to the 2nd interview, there be an accident holding up traffic. I thought i know a short cut but got lost... i be a few minutes late, smaller number than 10 minutes.I arrived ready to explain what happen, but the manager (whom i have not met before) came over and be very condescending, asking, "When be you supposed to be here?" then acting as if she didn't believe my excuse. She afterwards asked if i would come in on Thursday instead, maxim, "At 2:30? Are you sure you can be here on time?" again contained by a really condescending tone.
I know it's important to not be in arrears to an interview, but i had a plausible motivation. I didn't call because i didn't enjoy my cell and finding a phone would've taken longer... it was adjectives a big mess, but i found her behavior to be unprofessional. Should i take this as a sign that i shouldn't work near? Or just go and get over it and try again Thursday?
