As a self-employed person, If I be you, I would open a vernacular center for children 2-6 yrs old. She's had a few interviews, but her biggest problem is her diffidence and shyness-- she tries her best to "sell herself", but, by the interviewer's reaction, she always feel like she's given substandard answers to their question.

Which ones does she answer strongly? Is her agitation for teaching shining through? Does she show up near anecdotes to share with the interviewer?
