Why? Well they have us pay for our insurance assessment, our license, which was intelligible. Then they made us pay for their Aflac classes.

The directors did not want to help and because the directors capture a percentage of sales, they be all getting route too many of us trainees so in that are too many Aflac salespeople.

In your note run over the points of the interview; state the job requirements and how you grain that you personally are a suitable clash.
-After one week call the department back, preferably speak to the personage who interviewed you and ask if their are any further questions he have for you, when they will be starting the second round of interviews, etc. Be friendly and professional
-Unless you see the position advertised contained by the paper do not hail as or write the person again.
