Question:She's a great worker, just get her MBA, is very excited in the order of her new career and very dependable. My simply complaint is that her desk literally looks like a hurricane go through. Have you tried the simplest way, newly talking to your coordinator? If you think its national, take the sum ***** to court and sue him for national harrassment and descrimination. Becareful at your job, I don't suggest you to confront him, but of late do what you have to do at work. Because you do necessitate a job, right. retail manager for oodles years.....and i didn't always capture along with everyone. Wow, that's a tough one. I've be sitting here trying to think of some possible solutions. I agree that you wouldn't want to involve the other negotiator just on the other hand. Workplaces aren't democracies. You are considered guilty before you are proven innocent. If you confront your store leader, she will know others had told you what she said and will probably nick it out on everybody there. Then your co-workers will hatred you. Since your boss hasn't accused you directly she must not hold concrete proof. And if you are innocent how could she? Don't do or say anything to anyone more or less this until your boss accuses you to your frontage. Then pull out adjectives the stops. Tell her what the other manager said, what anyone else said, ask her to prove it, win the owner involved if possible. Then be the bigger human being and offer to foot for a new two of a kind of scissors regardless of the cost. In the meantime, do your job to the best of your resources. Your boss will be looking at your job narration more closely. Don't give her a rationale to fire you for something else.
