They're both pretty good but next to Knots, you have to rely on them sending you surveys which are suitable for you to complete within order to return with the points. It can take a while to build up enough to procure the vouchers. I've been near Knots for five years and so far only have one lb10 voucher so it can take a long time. Don't expect to return with lots of money very immediately, it's a very gradual build up.
