logically you could do it, it's pretty hard work though and own to be polite and freindly which i'm sure you are but after an 8 hour shift it's hard to be, and once your into waitressing it's really rugged to get out of (cuz you bring back used to the pay and the hours are really unsocailable as you generally have to work on a saturday and on holidays and stuff cuz thats when near the most busy) so it would be hard to study at like time even if you could aford it., i would say try getting a available job as a waitress on the weekends to c if you liked it first, but i be 15 whe i first had my charge and then go onto work there full time as i really needed the money it be my first job as all right.

please try and study or something one of my biggest regrets is starting that job as a waitress as i never have the chance to study since next, why dont you go to collage fulltime and bring a satuday job waitressing ? least possible that way you would obtain to try it.

How do I write up a complaint more or less a co-worker?

Question:I have be asked to document a complaint about a coworker. I've never have to do this before. I want to know what is the appropriate course to format such a note. Can it be broad, or should I be specific? Should it be longer or shorter than 1 page? Should it be typed or handwritten (& signed)? How much information about myself can/should I include, so as not to risk false incrimination upon myself?
I own six months worth of examples and reasoning for my complaint. Should I explain everything or just focus on the most recent incident?
I am one asked to write my complaint so that disciplinary action can be taken to prevent further incidents.
I want to be precise and i want to be generous. I have just been asked to write around one particular co-worker (at most minuscule to my understanding), however fairness would require mentioning others and their unwillingness to cooperate as well. Should those ethnic group be included in the write up?

They got her to come to their department and confronted her and of course she know why. I was told she even admit that but they agreed to not prosecute her if she agreed to repay it back and she walk out. The next piece I knew the district examiner resigned, a new one walk in, 3 others be fired and it was adjectives done in minutes a plan.I be told all things be now fine and only never mention it and that woman walked away verbs. I feel if I signed that treatise I would have be gone as well. Some things are not see, or maybe you are not aware of adjectives the facts so be careful. if they will not affix their names beside yours, after you do not need to sign yours any.

I would cause sure to focus on the most recent complaint, but include any recurring problems. As far as including others, purely use your best judgement. You don't want everyone to be against you. Talk to your coworkers and see what they think.

But to be sure I would ask whoever asked you to write up this complaint what they want included (how much detail). No one can know what they want without asking this examine. I would not include others that were unwilling to cooprate unless they be involved in a trustworthy event you are writing about (then I would mind about dropping name unless you are told that is what your employer requirements. Any written complaint (or formal writing of this nature to your employer) should be typed everywhere possible (dated at the top and signed). It needs to be VERY specific and unembroidered. You need date and time if you have it, and the EXACT endeavour or phrase he used.

It needs to be long plenty to convey your point, not any longer. It wants to be typed and signed. Give the history as a trend and persistance will be important to the reader.
