I did own an experience like that a few years ago. The first time of the job I be in tears because this woman yell at me, in a really personal path. One time she was out of town for a week and she have left a library book on her desk, we have never discussed this book. When she got put money on she yelled at me because it be overdue and she said I should have specified to return it for her. Ugh. She accused me of transparently putting ink on her sweater. She asked people bizarre question about their sex lives--at work! She be truly awful, crazy. Well that experience motivated me to start my own business, which showed me earning an income doesn't mingy having to work for someone else. I am other answerable to my customers of course but i.e. different than being below the thumb of a power obsessed crazy entity. I am so happy working for myself so i guess she did me a favor by catapult me out of the office arena.

A personal quote of mine is the "you can't mak a horse out of two horse's asses." I normally use that one to recommend self the better person within encounters beside difficult people. With the day that I enjoy had I can answer this query. A few months ago our manager resigned and myself and the foremost hand be put in to oversee our branch of the business together. During our six month trial, I got stuck doing adjectives of the work for both of us - absolutely no sustain from my co-worker. About a month ago, without off-putting, our General Manager gave my co-worker the branch governor position, even though I was doing adjectives of his work for him. I was so angry that I be crying!! This trend has continued and I enjoy now granted that it is time for me to look for a new situation, hopefully something will come up soon!!
But in the mean-time, I am lately going to accept it and try to maintain going as best I can. The problem is that when those around slack off, you tend to capture into that habit yourself. If you are individual rewarded for the hard work that you are putting surrounded by, then that is to say easy motivation, if you can see that what you are doing is helping the company pull off goals, explicitly motivation.
Another thing to look at is if the pious times at work outweigh the bad ones. If so later stay put, if not later maybe its time to verbs.
