If it does come rear positive, how likely is my employer to agree to me retest? What should i do? This is my first real profession out of college and my first drug test so i am clueless!

Basically put, you hold whatever is coming to you. You know you screwed up. And by count your own urine to someones so called "clean" urine, (you dont know if she have any meds in her system that could trip the sensors) you probably contaminated it. I know of a LOT of individuals who used someone elses urine at my last profession and got busted because that individual was on meds. I saw closely of people loose their job because of it.
