There are other jobs for folks who are willing to move about out and find them. Your neighborhood is a prime location for finding work. Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weed gardens, doing house work for busy house wives, taking care of pets for general public going on vacation--big money in that. Baby sitting on Friday and Saturday darkness. Where else can you get rewarded for watching TV?

In my experience, if you are a nurse aide on a 16 hour shift, that is a rotation. I used to do it. You're typically scheduled for 8 hours, but every so commonly you are asked to stay and pull a double. Yes, these inhabitants sometimes have trouble staying awake, and that's why it's on a rotation, and not day after day. They get some added time sour for doing this, so as to rest up.
