Question:My workplace is full of a lot of incompetence and disorganization. I'm trying to behave properly, not enjoy an attitude, be nice, not badmouth anyone. I can't seem to continue a decent composure. I cope by staying away from everyone surrounded by order not to reveal my true atmosphere. This is a good strategy for the most cog, but when I have to interact beside others, at times my negative mental state come out in my facial expression or surrounded by some comment I might make. I applaud my coworker who can put on a good obverse while being feed up with everything in recent times like I am. Another process I have of coping: I come within late, give up your job on time--this is not proper, I know--and I always capture away for lunch. I'm looking for a new career, but it takes time. Do you hold any tips on how I can better handle my behavior? I asked one and the same question a few weeks backbone and did not find the answer. Working from home is great but it is isolating when your friends still punch a clock. Question:Am i the only one that hate working in the customer service feild? i work at a beckon center in the customer service feild....if i wasnt getting compensated $18 an hour i would have pretty when i 1st started. i hate this charge, everyday i get yell and screamed and cussed at make happen of a stupid little $10.00 monthly service these people own. the only entity keeping me here is my 1yr bonus of $5,000.00 i'll get within February...if i wasnt going to be getting that free money i would have reasonably a long time ago. pray for me people that i enjoy the strength to hold back on these dumb population and not go rotten on someone....i just needed to b**ch some back i have to procure back on the phones :-) and what make it worse we have maditory 2 hours of overtime respectively day this week..so thats 2 more hours of getting abused! My philosophy is any love what you do or make plentifully of money doing what you hate. You my friend are doing that so hey save your head up take home that money. Make sure to save abundantly of it because at some point your going to have to kick ship. You can't stay in that hell hole forever. I spent 5 years working within a call center. I believe to be precise one of the toughest jobs around and that's why the settle is so good. I purely retired but I still cringe every time the phone rings, even at home. Sometimes I thought people would ring up just to hold someone to give a thorny time to. People can be soooo ignorant and stupid. If they merely knew what they sounded similar to they would hang their head in shame.
I work phone customer service on the side, my afternoon job almost, but not moderately covers things. Your job, beforehand bonuses, pays $10 an hour more than my customer service job and $5 an hour more than my sunshine job. You don't know how lucky you are.
One of the things I do, and USUALLY, acquire to work okay for me is greet each ring up with a cheery and enthusiastic, "Hello, my designation is ---, how can I help you?" It isn't other easy, but remember, this personage is not the raving maniac you listened to near the previous call. Apply some life, apply some cheeriness, apply some undeserved courtesy, and sit thinking of yourself as the greatest actor/actress on mud. When the check comes in February, run down to the trophy shop and buy yourself one engraved with "Star actress of 2006". Then see how lots you can line the shelves near before you achieve to retire and kiss your own little theater good bye.
