Question:Currently compiling a research project on term time working practices. Would approaching to hear from anyone out there - students, parents, carers, employer on term time working practices within the UK.Do you think life-size organisations should offer more possession time work in charge for students to gain experience, and whilst they are working when they are off from college/uni parents and carers who be doing those jobs could bear the time off to precision for their children.
It seems moderately logical but not many organisations volunteer term time flexible working policies. I know lots parents who have lots of skills and experience but are powerless to work due to needing to hold term time stale. Similarly I know of students who need win relevant paid work experience but are not individual given the chance.
