I know where on earth you are coming from... I too work from home. Not sure what business you are with, but, within mine... I have found most race will say "Yes" one and only to become GREAT Customers and not persue the business aspect of it at all.
To some extent, the pretext is that they are happy purely being a customer (and that's OK... we wouldn't enjoy a business if it weren't for the customers) Many times however, people are in recent times leary of starting something new. Our program is as simple as referring others to a different road of shopping. (For many household items they are already buying)
So, for me... I usually own people enlighten me they'd like to work the business... never follow through next to the training... fall within love with the products and system.. later come back and ask how to get hold of started.
Remember, we WORK from home... you said yourself that this is not a "get rich rushed scheme". Anything worth having is worth working for.
