You should get salaried WAAY more than that. With overtime and all that, working partly the day, 7 days a week. You're mortal ripped off. First, 7.50 is is NOT adequate to get remunerated for all that time you are putting surrounded by. And second, that's jusat about 12 hours a year..what do you do for a living?? I HATE when that happens! I have an ALL DAY panel interview (meaning I interviewed with 9 or 10 empire, most of whom had no clue in the region of my profession). They even went so far as to check my reference (my references are my friends, so they explain to me when they get called). This company didn't even enjoy the courtesy to tell me they hired someone who be not me.
The last company I be with, it took 4 interviews. I made them do 2 of them after work. This be over the course of 6 weeks. In all that time, I never get a plant tour. I got hired, but they sucked and I departed less than a year then.
When I interviewed at USC, another silly panel interview, chippie told me I would hear back on if I get the job on thus and such date. I said "If i don't hear back-" She exploded "You WILL hear backbone from us by then!" Well, 1 week after that date, when I hadn't hear back from them, I call her to follow up and she was on leave. I got my rejection notification 4 MONTHS later.
Sigh....
I know you're frustrated. Save the rejection parcels. You can use them as job lead in the adjectives.
