I used to do shift work from 6pm to 6am and it be tough on my body in the emergence. I had to train my body to hold up this cause my body be used to sleeping during that time. The biggest thing I have to change is that from 6am onwards I should be sleeping, and not be awake. If you are staying awake to do errands, study TV or other things you are not getting enough sleep and you are not training your body to style to that change of your lifestyle, which can impose you to be depressed.
