Well, when I be 14 I did several things to produce income. Of course the traditional babysitting thing, have a bake public sale with rice crispy treats, cupcakes and selling candy to the kids surrounded by your neighborhood such as blow pops, gum etc. Another good article to try would be posting fliers to do shopping for people, similar to the elderly, the sick, and mothers that are too busy. You could even buy one of those kits from the store and label custom friendship bracelets, beaded necklaces, etc. Whatever it is you decide to do, own fun and enjoy doing it!! Luckily, I have not have an irate customer but I think a honest answer to that would be, "I apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like, I can permit you speak to my supervisor." They will also ask you some personal questions to see if you will fit surrounded by with the squad that is already near. Just be yourself.
One thing employer look for is someone who is punctual, dependable (will not call off), tricky working, does not need to be told what to do because they already do it themselves, and, among other things, someone who is mature/ responsible.
