Ugh! Don't come to Boston. It is so overpriced for no object at all. The apartments are ancient and scummy and even a decent place will cost you AT LEAST $1350 a month for a one bedroom explicitly less than 500 sq ft. They also require 1st, ending and security deposit which can run you up thousands of dollars. You could go and get a roomate but they are usually really annoying college girls whose parents pay for everything! (I be a real estate agent surrounded by Boston for 2 years).
