I would in part agree with your disagreement; Money motivates several people most of the times, but after a point the "carrot loses its juice"! Many importantly paid professionals becoming completely demotivated near the money game; retire by the time they are between 35-40 yrs & any start an organisation doing socially useful work or connect one, at a fraction of their earlier reward packets.

I don't know that it motivates employees to make, but I believe it is a productivity asset. Vacation gives an member of staff the opportunity to take time away from the day by day stress and responsibility of work and hopefully return more renewed.
The recent trend of employees seemingly powerless to detach themselves from work while on vacation is a troubling one to me. If you can't attain away from work, how does it benefit you being away from work?
This is predictable an issue both employees and employer need to address. Refreshed and recharged force are more productive and creative, more likely to spot an issue or opportunity, more prepared to "go the extra mile". I believe it's within everyone's best interest that employees clutch time from their duties--so they will ultimately do them better.

Question:I have multiple interest and I similar to to do alot of different things. In my work I always excel at what I do because I'm a in haste learner.
