It's different. I kind of depends on your own sense of self.
Working for yourself, you call the day-to-day shots, and the business thrives or dies on your propensity and effort.
Working for someone else, the boss (or shareholders) nickname the shots, the business goes on whether you're in that or not. You can work very rugged, or very little and succeed base on your ability to receive along with others.
I run a busniness AND work for someone else unpaid. Eventually I will work for myself full-time, but I need more teaching first.
If you run your own business you can do better financially. You can never excel when someone else gets a big cut of what you produce.

If you own a very correct business plan, work night and sunshine with little break or sick time, and have plenty of money save before you start to tip out back on afterwards eventually working for yourself can be good. On the other side employer too can be difficult, demanding and not fair but you habitually have a pay you can count on, someone to cover for you when you are sick, and usually some type of benefit package. You own to do what's realistic for you and your family unit. Good luck.
well I dont know if you would speak more difficult, because what you receive from working for yourself is directly proportionate to the effort given. Statistically 50% of adjectives start up businesses fail contained by the first year due to undercapitalization and poor record keeping. They expected a $5,000 TV mart to every customer. Salepeople were required to restock and merchandise (that's inventory's and merchandising's job). and you have to move 200-300 pond TV's.
Wal-Mart. I was treated resembling dirt when I worked there. They dont take-home pay well for the amount of work they ask you to do any. After that experience I have much more respect and in truth feel sorry for the culture "stuck" there.
