And you start out immensely low, and you might move up to chief cook if you are good. But, even at that position, once you fold something, you are done. But, it doesnt garauntee that you will be chief cook no matter how long you work at a restaraunt. You might even stay as a aide till you find another place, where you will start at the bottom again. Because folks will not let you ruin their reputation minus seeing you skills for a year or two.

You can go for architect anywhere, but single certain school will give you the amount you worked hard for. What if you dont bring into a school that can administer you that certification?
