I go through a similar phase, but that was during my undergraduate years, where on earth I really despised my major, and couldn't find any excitement in what I be doing. So I visited my university's trade center, spoke with a art counselor, took a lot of different types of person tests, which placed me within different career category: for example, I found out that I am very associates oriented, I am terribly creative (hence I hated my undergrad core of programming which is all logic, no room for creativity), etc etc. At first, I thought this be cliche and wouldn't be helpful, but after thinking in the region of it for some time, and looking at the different career path that would be suitable for me (social work, psychology, design, art, etc), I finally realised that yes, I am patently artistic and creative, and thus got my masters level in design. I am very soon working in the pen and couldn't be happier. So as cliche as it sounds, I recommend visiting a local occupation center or finding somewhere online perhaps, that might provide you tests to break down your nature, and then really look into adjectives the different possibilities the test results pass you.
