Is it fruitless for a grown man to cry within the workplace?

Question:i was delayed to work and my boss gave me a moralize so i couldn't help myself start crying and he told me to take out. who was contained by the wrong?

Answers:
Seriously? It's not professional to cry or be made to cry. Frankly you're both wrong and weird.

It's a short time ago a job. You cry at funerals and the come to an end of Old Yeller... not work.

Other Answers:
You started to cry when your boss was lecture you? Well...you shouldn't have be late. Bosses do hold the right to do that.

WOW...you must have some solid issues if something like that made you cry. Maybe you call for a hug or some antidepressants or something.

wussy.men don't cry.period It shouldn't be... but base on the way society see men crying at all-- it's probably not a good point for a man to cry in the workplace. Especially if it is one man seeing another cry. Your boss is sexist and probably saw your show of sentiment as a sign of weakness which is why he asked you to bring back out. I hope he didn't fire you. It's such a double standard... if a woman had done that, he'd of hand her a box of tissues and consoled her.

oh my gosh yes it is

If he fired you yes it is wrong. I don't know why you were crying though unless you have an emotional explanation for being slow. It does sound approaching their more issues to be known formerly making judgement though. Real men cry! Men who don't cry are the wussy's. Although I hope that you are able to control your emotion over little stuff.

Yes! dam it! Thats discusting! Hell i'd fire you on the spot. I would want some barrier p_ussy working for me.

A man should get pissed, not pissy.

For a man or woman to cry, it would be unprofessional. Socially it would be mortifying to have a man cry because his boss yell at him! Where are your BALLS, man?

Question in the order of posing nude for a website . . .?

Question:I posted this earlier and I don`t know I didn't word it right so lets try again. . .

I WANT TO POSE NUDE FOR A WEBSITE . . . . this guy I know runs an full-grown site, He uses local girls, very amateur. I talk to him the other day and he said that he salaried $300 the first time (around a 1 hour shoot) My question is. . . Is $300 pious for a first time shoot. I wanted to know if any other women hold done this and if so how much did you get compensated, also if anyone else out there runs sites close to this, how much do you pay your models? It's nil hardcore, I just pose nude, no sex or anything of the sort. Please don't answer next to moral values and stuff like that. . . . That have nothing to do near this question, I freshly want to know if $300 is fair.

Answers:
Sounds equal to me, but that's not my realm of expertise. I would try to bring back a percentage of the "take". In other words, try to get him to discharge you so much based on your popularity (number of hits). Say, 25 cents a hit or something similar to that. If you're attractive, you should get a pretty angelic "salary".

Other Answers:
The money is good. IF you want $300 for one hour consequently do it. If you want a better offer look elsewhere.
i can reimburse you more then that
By what I've hear, that's pretty standard for amatuer nude photography.
That depends. How big are your knockers?
$300 doesn't sound resembling much for that. If you want to pose nude, get a digital camera and gain someone you trust to take the photos.
Sounds similar to a good price
I'd influence it depends. It depends on what you look like, a moment ago how nude are you gonna be, which website is it (if it's really popular, you might be more), and is there a means of access to make more money.

Obviously, I'd fairly you not pose nude, since it may hurt you later (jobwise or personalwise), but if you want the money, see what's out there first.
Sorry, I don't know the answer but basically in overnight case you haven't thought of this you could try looking on other adult sites to see if you could contact them. May hold to do some research. Maybe they could provide you with the information. Or, I don`t know you could model for them and make even more dosh.
I don't think it's possible to separate the money from the consequences of doing it, moral or otherwise. You're not of late selling the time you will spend being photographed; you are selling your privacy forever. You will own no control over where those photos will run and when they will inconveniently pop up. Who will see them in the adjectives? Your boss? Your parents? Your fiance? Your children? The neighbors next door when you're 35 and trying to of late live your life? How something like the creepy old guy who lives down the street from you presently?

My point in adjectives this is not to try to talk you out of doing it, so much as to gross you consider whether $300 is adequate compensation for the potential problems that could come out of this. You can't unpick this decision, so you will enjoy to think almost all these adjectives possibilities now.
Lets do the math! If we extrapolated this hourly wage into a full time assignment, it would be 300.00/hr times 2080 (avg hrs worked per yr)would = 624,000.00 dollars per year so yes it would be worth it!
if you need the money that unpromising, tell your mom what you are give or take a few to do, I am sure she will help you in need looking at your naked body.
If that doesn't work, why not in recent times go to a state where on earth prostitution is legal? that is to say essentially what you are wanting to do.
$100 to $500 is standard for amateur models, wether you get $100 200 300 400 or $500 usually depends on how attractive you are.
Hi, I don't feel any amount of $ is worth putting nude pictures on the net. Once they are at hand anyone can see them, and you never know how this could haunt you contained by the future. The Australian entrant within the Miss Universe contest almost got kicked out this week because she posed topless a couple of years ago. How would you have a feeling if you have a (normal ) opening in a couple of years time and you find out your repugnant 50yo boss had copies of the pictures on his computer? UGH!!
Please don't infer I am a prude. I am not. I spend lots of time topless by my pool, with mannish and female friends. I am not afraid of showing rotten my body, but no one ever get to take my photo unless I am fully clothed. Showing my boobs by the pool is fine, but when I put my top on the show is over. Photos on the network are permanent. Even if you regulation your mind down the track and have your friend remove the pictures, you don't know who have downloaded them and there is zilch you can do about it.

You can be a nice character, but be firm, set limits, procedures and goal and enforce disipline. The thing to remember is that these citizens are people who work for you, not your friends. As you can see, if you try to be their friends you will carry walked on. Find other friends outside of work, and consent to these people do what they be hired to do. How can I digit out how much it will cost to work versus staying home near my 3 immature kids?

Question:If you know of any resources that help to certainly calculate the cost of working versus human being a homemaker, please help.

Thanks!

Answers:
I not long had alike exact issue, as I am also a mother of three. First, I took the amount I'd be making at a certain undertaking, & then calculated my expenses at duplicate rate. (If the job salaried weekly, I figured my expenses on a weekly enormity, if bi-monthly, if monthly, etc.) The minimal expenses to consider is pay, minus taxes, minus gas, minus daycare.
Other option to consider: How much time will you be away from your family? Is this exceptable to you? How much will you enjoy to curb their extra-cirricular activities? Will you own help beside keeping up on the housework, will you have to do it adjectives yourself, or will you hire someone?
Unfortunately, the financial figures are the solely easy part of a set to answer.
Ultimately, I choose the option of working from home. There are some great websites out nearby with resources for finding legite work & for researching a company that offer work.

Other Answers:
First you cant put a price tag in good time with your kids and watching them grow. But look at the cost of daycare and expenses vs. income from opportunity - is it worth it? Byt again, time with your kids cannot be priced.

Well you digit how much daycare is going to cost per year. Say for example $80 per week x 4 x12. Then you figure how much you're going to bring home from a post. Minus the cost of gas, work clothes, etc and then subtract the daycare cost from what you enjoy left over from work. I conjecture you'll find that there are several expenses that you know you will own and if you know how much you expect to make later you can just subtract the one from the other. You will involve child care for adjectives the children usually around $120 per week per child depending on where you live, plus gas and you hold to consider your time of some value also as you will be markedly busy keeping the house clean and geting the kids home and dinner on the table beforehand hubby gets home. Just some things to ruminate about. Best wishes

all right it all depends where on earth you are from there is alot of benefits if you are surrounded by canada thats where i am from workers supplements for low income family plus a rental supplement and other sources your kids do need you and they necessitate someone at home

Well you first have to telephone call around and get some prices on a upright daycare. Then you have to see if any amount of money you bring home would cover that and other household expenses. Do the math yourself.

It's uncomplicated to do on your own. You need to digit out what you'd make at your livelihood. Then figure you expense to work: child consideration, gas or transportation expense, cost of eating at work or packing lunches....stuff similar to that. Although some of these are tax deductable, you are also going to be missing out on some of the best years of your kids lives. My suggestion would be to hang around until your children are all contained by school. I have a full time job that I fairly after my third child was born, and near childcare and gas prices as high as they are, we are certainly not losing any money. find out what the local daycare provider will cost, or whoever will be watching the kids anyway. then look for the chore you will be trying to get. will the hours coincide beside your daycare? how far will you commute to work? will the starting wage pay more than 1.5 times the total daycare cost? does the daycare provider nurture them or do you need to pack lunches? if you hold to work overtime will there be someone that can pick them up for you? well-mannered luck

first, find out how much daycare would cost for your area, after add what you would spend on lunches, gas, and appereance. subtract that form your remuneration after tax. this is weekly .

next look at last years duty return, did you pay within? will the loss of income help you to hold less liability, or perchance even offer a discount?

then ask your kids how much they would love for you to cook breakfast for them every hours of daylight, watch tv next to them every afternoon, and be in a better mood near them with smaller number stress from working in a stressfull environment.

I am staying home beside my 3 kids, and am happy to be broke. we cannot afford to walk to africa twice a year now, I don`t know once ever two years, but I get to spend every morning with my beutiful little rugrats, i.e. worth all the money surrounded by the world. Everybody seems to be giving you answers as to how you can stay at home beside the kids (which is a very sagacious choice) and not work.

You know if you are at home with the kids, to be precise work. But during some spare time you may have, why not get it useful and produce income?

There are masses businesses you can set up online and run them on a part time reason and make some terrifically good money.

This course, you will not have to do adjectives the calculations and verbs about what it will cost you. This site have some great ideas, articles and information you can check out. They are adjectives reall, because it's your business and you do it your way. They work.

So anything you decide to do, do it next to all your might.
Source(s):
http://www.infoworthsharing.com You may want to consult your due advisor about this also, because your child prudence expenses are usually tax deductible.
However, that mortal said, looking at the costs is only partially the issue. If you would rather be at hand with your kids, nearby are ways to do that too. There are some legitimate work at home job. I work with a troop specifically catered to moms that want to stay at home and need that flexibility. If you are considering this as an picking, email me and I'll give you more information. If not, best of luck going rear to work!

enhancinglivesdaily@yahoo.com I own a company that I work for and it is a 500 Inc company and has be around for 21 years. Not MLM and it is a wonderful company. My wifes aunt has be working for them for 3 years and makes $9,000 a month. We only got started and are growing in haste. No selling, No deliveries and no stocking product. Go to www.advancingwithus.com/ri1530... and look around later
e-mail me back if interested!
cleanandsafehome@yahoo.com I don't devise there really is a instrument to calculate the cost of working vs human being a homemaker. There are just too several factors to consider. I remember when my children be young and I would capture a call at work wise saying one of them had a big fever and I should return with home right away...she ended up contained by the hospital and I nearly lost her...she was fine when I moved out for work.
That's when I made the decision to enjoy both, work full time and be a stay-at-home Mom.
I run my business from home and earn far more than I could have dreamed of contained by the work world. I work very sturdy at it, but I also worked very concrete at my job. I am home every dark, have training via headset every morning and most nights, Never miss anything beside the children again because I leverage my time.
I can easily tutor you how to do this and you could have the best of both worlds similar to I do!

should i apply within my previous employer or not?

Question:I resigned from my company because I got another from another firm. My previous boss only just informed me that my previous company has a available job opening. Should I apply for that position or not? Is it ethical to re-apply?

Answers:
Yes it is ethical. You not here under perfect circumstances I am sure. Most people will go away a position when opportunity knocks. You enjoy to take prudence of yourself in this world and do what's right for you.

There will lone be one or two people surrounded by the new company that may enjoy bad inner health about your going away. some of this may just be resentment because you left them (their inner health will be unjust).

You apply if you want the job. Apparently near is a reason they want you put money on!

Other Answers:
If you left the errand before surrounded by good standings afterwards it is fine. That is why it is always worthy to give a concentration before quitting a brief.

If I were you and you like it there to set off with....Sure, why not?? We hold several supervisors in our plant who own came and gone solely to return and be rehired.........Good Luck honey.......... As long as you gave proper mind when you resigned and there be no hard ambience the last time, it is clearly acceptable. I right to be heard go for it. It can't hurt.

Why did you quit? Did you not close to the office, the situation, the people, the company? I'd re-evulate why you vanished.. you wouldn't want to get stuck and downcast in duplicate company again.

If you left on a polite note near the boss, it wouldn't be too risky. But, if you left on unpromising terms near the boss or co-workers, you should avoid it. Why did you take the other proposal? More money? The old boss will potential keep that within mind for future hint.

Well, if you worked there past, then they do not requirement to train you, if you gave proper make out (2 weeks) and left them on obedient terms, no problem I can see going vertebrae there, I would enunciate go for it, if that is to say what you want to do. GOOD LUCK!
