I would try to figure it out by looking at your own PTO and leave. Does it appear that you get 3 hours of PTO for every week you work? Or something approaching that. Try to figure out the important formula. Once you have a sorta starting point, move about to your boss because something isn't matching up right (or word it better) and try to write down everything he/she say. Fort Worth is much more laid back and friendly, close to a small town, but with adjectives the benefits of a big city. It has great business opportunity, a wonderful park and bike trail system, and world-class museums and culture. You are close enough to Dallas to turn there, where on earth it is much faster paced and channel more materialistic and glitsy.
