Question:I am an office checker for a small company who has merely started out 4 years ago...I like the career because it's flexible, and the people I work for are exceedingly nice, and know for many years. The problem is that there's sometimes alot of fight among them, and there's alot of mis communication, and sometimes no respect. I never had work for a company formerly and have no experience. I'm trying to revise as much as I could to do my job right, but I'm not a swift learner, and sometimes they expect a lot from me. J...I work two full-time jobs. One I dislike intensely with a commitment (factory work) while I absolutely LOVE my other errand (managing a movie theatre). The reason I love the acting job so much is that I hold always be able to receive along with almost anyone, and an nearer great career (radio DJ) allowed me to be myself: an entertainer. With the radio gigs I did it near music, talk and joke (sometimes pretty lame)...while with the movie business I do it by showing nation filmed entertainment. I try to carry them in a better mood while they're buying their tickets or getting their munchies up to that time going in to see the film. I numeral if I can make their experience a short time better by getting to know them a bit, then it's adjectives worth it. This method must work...my theatre have reeceived national recognition since I've be here!
