Question:I was an HR Mgr./Accountant at a place for five years where on earth I managed anywhere from 15-60 ethnic group depending on business and turnover.I started in the position by working concrete and proving myself and I didn't have any amount for this job. I be really proud of what I did. I didn't get on a power trip, but I feel good roughly speaking myself. I made good money and have a good title, and it give me the ability to cram lots of new things.
Anyway, I have a bad time when I lost my undertaking due to a lay-off. It was a peculiar story where on earth I hired someone to help me and down the road he become my boss. Then he laid me off. I've have the most difficult time finding a job since afterwards, it's not that I want to be mgmt anymore, I just want something I can be proud of, that make me happy. I've taken temp job for the past six months, and it is the most dreadful time I've have in my work history. I'm nothing-a drone chock-a-block with humility. Don't waste time w. applications use a really fitting CV/Resume, jobs that require aps are usually for drones anyway. If you want to try things that you aren't qualified for run positions where they are looking for someone to spread in while a woman go on maternity give up then you receive the experience and a good legal reason for going away.

Boy, I feel your spasm. It's tough when changes are made for us.
I haven't be laid off (I usually do not stick around long plenty for that to happen), but I have gone a higher paying position to take a lower paying work. I needed to do it because my work situation was intolerable. I be searching for a better opportunity and money be the sacrifice I needed to make.
I enjoy built my way rear legs to the higher paying net (within 2 years), but now I own been plunged into a guidance role I do not want. I have no desire to monitor other those.
I think it's polite that someone you knew help you find a job - that shows you should never burn bridges.
It may whip a while to find the perfect work, but it will come. It'll happen when you least possible expect it.
