Ok I own my own company with more or less 75 employees. I hold an open door policy and I relatively honestly dont really like it too much - anyone and EVERYONE does come within directly to me with philosophy, but mostly complaints - quite honestly, I hold better things to do with my time than to listen to stuff that my manager can easily plenty deal near on thier own.
