Do not be ashamed, find what you love doing, what saisfies you , and the money will follow. You sound young- you enjoy a lifetime of work ahead of you. What do you love to do? Find a way to receive that into a job. Or possibly start your own small bisness while you work in a coffee shop- in that are more opportunities out in that now next to the net to flog.Good luck and stop worrying, it will come to you. Get some experience first, shop around and try new things.
I'll confess, I feel heartbroken reading this. You should never get the impression shame because you don't have a 'decent' charge (just what is a decent undertaking anyway? Is it decent because other folks 'respect' it, or decent because you soak up doing it?). If you're in a employment that makes you sorrowful then redeploy - easier said than done I know, but do it because YOU want to, because YOU enjoy it, because it make YOU happy. My brother works (very hard) as a road sweeper. I'm not sure if that would be a 'decent' position in your eyes? He's merry, and enjoys his work and I couldn't be happier for him - within fact I'm really, very proud - he does the best assignment he can and contributes something back to society. If it make you happy, later where is the shame? If you're miserable in your charge perhaps you can be in motion to school (full-time or probably an evening class once or twice a week?). You might consider doing some voluntary work to gain a bit of experience in an nouns that interests you. Sweetheart, you should never feel ashamed, you hold no reason to! Cheer up. Speaking as someone who have had (would you believe) 10 (yup, that's right TEN!) job in underneath five years I've a bit of experience in the duty market and I'm simply now figure out what it is that I enjoy doing (I'm twenty-seven years old/young). You are who you are - be the best you can possibly be and rob all those atmosphere of shame and turn them into something positive! I believe that you can do it - so should you! Until only just I worked at a local hospital as a PA and the pay be terrible! All my friends would discuss of promotions, wages, etc etc but I never admitted how much I get paid. HOWEVER, I be the happiest out of everyone as I loved my job so as long as you relish what youre doing, dont be ashamed! :O)

There is no shame within HONEST work. There are jobs that requirement to be done by someone. While I was a childish teenager, I mowed lawns, deliver newspapers, and cleaned a contraption shop, including the toilets/restrooms. Later on, in illustrious school and college, I worked at a grocery store, stocking shelves, mopping floors, scrape gum off the floor, toting and lugging adjectives kinds of stuff - starting at $1.10 and hour, and going away, after three and a half years, at $1.90 an hour.
Now, I hold a professional job that pays economically and involves international travel. It took a long time to get here, but it adjectives started with anyone willing to work, do any work, and do it well, no thing what it was.
BE PROUD! Flush that shame down the drain...

no matter how long you enjoy work for a company/person you don't have to bequeath a 2 week notice. it is worthy practice and shows professionalism to do so though. If it is a hostile work environment toward certain empire (race, religion, gender, etc...), a lawsuit might be the one and only way (that is an extreme baggage and I do not advocate pursuing that avenue weakly.)

I wonder what it is exactly that you want to revision? My advice would be to do nil overnight or drastic (unless it is what the Company wants). If you, yourself, are introducing change consequently I would advise you to do it benevolently and discreetly. Why do you want the change?... here I dance again. Have you asked yourself all the question first?
