My strengths are communication skills, which I expand upon by saying that I moved to Italy beside five days notice and no skill of Italian, so I learned how to express myself hurriedly and concisely, even across language barrier, and I learned the hurry of listening closely. I also show up my team-work skills, by talking around the time I worked for the start-up of a major department store and worked long hours near my co-workers before initial day, doing everything from building fixtures to scrub the floor (I was a sale associate). Instead, sit down with a piece of broadsheet and really think more or less what you enjoy, what others read aloud you're good at or compliment you on, and how it would apply specifcally to this career.

If you're honest, you'll allow a real, true personal poor quality (that's related to the job), which does 2 things for you: it shows you know yourself, and it shows your honest. Then, you need to vote how you cope, address, or work around it.
Me, my weakness is self scattered and procrastinating. But I turn it into a strength because I can put out excellent work drastically quickly, and I can synthesize thinking and concepts that appear to be unrelated, into something new and adjectives.

Well a neighbour of mine showed me her professional CV and I wasn't impressed! I own learnt the 'perfect' CV shouldn't run on forever as employers with the sole purpose SCAN a CV so therefore information should go underwater out at them but this ladies CV had so much information contained surrounded by paragraphs I be shocked a professional would do that ...
