-- Keep a journal/blog handy to receive any emotional/intellectual baggage out of the approach
-- Read Getting Things Done (Great Book!!)
-- Have a stand up meeting EVERY morning near your team (in professions where on earth it's feasible, resembling software development). This gets some of the socialization out of the channel, and keeps everyone focused on results
-- Read The Effective Executive by Peter Drucker
-- Keep a inventory of things to do by my computer
-- Negotiate with myself an amount of goof-off time and stick to it (my integrity become kind of close to a drug after a while)
-- Check whether I REALLY care roughly this line of work. If not, I've made primary changes surrounded by my employment.
-- Make sure my email is done within 20-30 minutes of arriving within the morning, and voicemail is emptied at darkness.
