hey, i'm 16 and I started a available job about two weeks ago. When they're chitchat to you look them in the eye, don't handle with you fingers or anything, and be honest. If they ask you if you own any questions don't enunciate no, ask something like - what caring of work would I be doing? - or - do you like it here? - or - Are you gonna train me or do I a short time ago start working? - something to that effect. Good luck! I'm sure you will do fine! And remember to just own fun!
Be as confident as you can..or fake it. Employers looove confidence. Don't utter "um" a lot and be friendly. It should jump great once you get into the bureau. It's getting there that's the sturdy part! :)

As a representative that does interviews, I would suggest that you just follow assured steps:
1. DONT bite your nails, or twirl your quill....it's distracting
2. THINK before you make available an answer, don't just blurt out something smartly as it may come out sounding stupid.
3. Smile and offer your paw to shake when you meet your interviewer and read out hello.
one word, easy satisfactory?
4. Always remember to say yes sir, no m'am, etc. Manners are a plus!

First rotten RELAX. Just answer the questions to the best of your expertise. Remember; you are there to market yourself, answer all question to the best of your ability. Develop a 30 second to 1 minute introduction that explains what you own done in your enthusiasm to this point and also why you want to work for this company. At the end of the interview, express that you really touch that you are the perfect fit for this duty and ask for the position. Remember to get the those phone number and ask if you can call fund to check on the position. You'll do fine! Just RELAX and be yourself!
Calm down! Lol. It's an interview and if it's your first job they are going to expect you to be easily upset. Just take a wide breath and go for it. Don't verbs if you got call in you probably already own the job if it is a starting position. Have alittle confidence and show them your style. Dressing nice is a must though. Sunday best and run. Don't forget to smile and be polite. That means eye contact and fitting posture lol. Try talking your self up alittle too. Can't hurt. Everybody get nervous the first time so don't mull over that your alone with this.
Answer the question they ask, briefly in a friendly attitude, but only eleborate if they ask you to. You will reveal more things you don't want them to know by self chatty. It's ok if you are nervous, everybody is the first time.
Just relax and stay soft! I am a very shy individual too, so whenever i have an interview it other helps if I freshly tell myself what I am in attendance for. 'Im not here to impress anyone else but the person who is interviewing me'. All in that going to do is ask you a few questions. Its realy not as bleak as ur making it seem! =)

Just dress smart, and be yourself. They may ask why you want to work beside them, tell them cuz u want to contribute your skills and talent to their company don't tell them its cuz you stipulation some extra cash, they may also ask for your weakness, now don't offer them your life history of mistakes, only say something slightly intellectual capacity.
