Funny you should ask... I rate my job in advance..in how I like it .. but I also added my rate for pay.. so It's wonderful to hold a Q geared to the why of it all.
I work next to the handicapped.. so I am rewarded with finding out what respectively individual around me is good at and letting them know that they are apposite at it. They take such pride contained by trying. And they care so much going on for each others atmosphere, emotions, and robustness that it is overwhelming. You will rarely see such affection amongst other employment agencies.
Adding meaning to their lives everyday makes me get the impression like I hold done something worthwhile, that has made a difference to them, and to me.
