Hi I am working in IBM India and planning to migrate to US as a java developer, I am have 2 yrs of experience and had apposite java/j2ee skills, So how much package can i expect contained by US for me. because most of the companies asking me to write expected CTC ( cost to the company).Please help me out.Answers:
You will emphatically succeed in USA if you are doing ably at IBM in India.
I would suggest staying surrounded by India though. The SW market nearby is currently great. You don't want to leave adjectives that to move anywhere else.
